The water-free urinal was launched in 2001 and has acquired five patents of the country for its technology in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, respectively.
The product is now listed in the first rank of freestanding urinals all over the world . It overcomes disadvantages of other homogenous water-free oil sealed products, it is characterized by no water flush , no peculiar odour , no residue of urine, no scaling, easy sterilization , etc. It also has advantages of low consumption of material, smooth flowing, hard to be blocked, easy installation and cleaning etc.
1- Hydrophobic:
Silver nanometer class anti-soil and bacterial-proof technology is applied on high quality ceramic surface to make it adhered with a fine layer of nanometer structure,reaching high surface density and finish. Water absorption of the ceramic surface is less than 0.025, thus make it difficult for urine to remain with odor eliminated.
The ceramic surface enamel layer contains a special bacteria-repellent material, which effectively suppresses infest of bacterial and eliminates odor, stains and scales generated from urine destroyed by bacteria. The unique smooth concave ceramic surface make it difficult for urine or dust to remain or form scales; the silver nanometer class bacteria-proof ceramic and special anti-soil material contained inside the enamel layer makes it difficult for soil to adhere onto the ceramic surface.
A- It is really that there is no odor. For fresh urine contains no bacteria, and its content, molecules of ammonia, has function of anti-inflammatory function. The reason why urine has odor is because urine will combine with water after 30 minutes, which is then destroyed by bacteria. If there is no water present, ammonia odor will not be generated. The traditional water flushing urinals are equipped with bends, which are the locations where odor is generated. So, large amount of water must be flushing to eliminate odor, but a lot of fresh water is wasted.The water-free urinal does not use water and has no odor, which greatly reduces transmission of infectious diseases and improves air quality in toilet and its neighboring spaces.
Unique patented technology of this company, the sealing by film gas phase suction-up, realizes close sealing by means of a special bag made of film installed under the drainage, which receives urine. Pressure difference between the internal and external of the bag will suck up the bag wall automatically, thus effectively preventing odor inside the drainage from leaking out. Its special design of no port left leaves no space for urine scale to remain.
A- For the unique design of the water-free urinal and function of the attraction of gravitation, urine will flow into the odor isolation device very fast. And the little amount of urine adhered on the surface, which does no contain bacteria, will evaporate in a short period of time, so, the water-free urinal will not generate odor.
Any trouble in installation of water supplying device and pipe bends are eliminated. The urinal is connected to drainage in full sealed condition. Hoses are tightly inserted with multiple water sealing, making drainage cleaning much faster and more convenient.
A- Everything becomes very simple! As there is no water flushing device, no design for water supplying system is required. All costs and troubles brought about by water flush urinals are eliminated while drainage is reduced, blockade scarce, drainage cleaning much easier than the traditional urinals, and pressure on the municipal network alleviated.
1- One time per day fresh water cleaning for the ceramics.
2- Only the ceramic surface and the stainless steel isolation screen need to be cleaned by fresh water. (The stainless steel screen is for blocking entry of any foreign objects).
3- One time per week fresh water cleaning for the odor isolation device.
4- One time per month flushing the drainage pipe port.
